Wide Receiver and Tight Ends Player Grades

Wide Receiver

1) Mike Williams (B-)

Last week he missed due to injury

THE GOOD:

Mike did a nice job while run blocking and he made a nice move after a catch to pick up a first down.

THE BAD:

Williams only caught the one pass.

2) Sidney Rice and Golden Tate (C+)

Last week: They both had B’s

THE GOOD:

Sidney had a nice block down field and a 38 yard reception that would have been a touchdown if the pass was accurate. Golden made a nice catch with a defensive back draped all over him.

THE BAD:

Rice was unable to hold his block on a screen pass. The pass that Tate caught was the only one thrown to him in the game.

4) Doug Baldwin (C-)

Last week he led the group with an A+

He was tackled late in the fourth quarter while he was on his route

THE GOOD:

This isn’t his typical week

THE BAD:

He dropped a very catch-able ball and was called for Pass Interference but if you watch the corners feet you can see that he lost his footing and his feet slipped out from under him.

5) Ben Obomanu (D+)

Last week B+

THE GOOD:

The Seahawks no longer need to count on him to produce.

THE BAD:

He made a poor adjustment on an under-thrown ball. If he had he made the adjustment he would have had a big reception. Ben dropped a pass on third down that would have been a first down on the final drive.

Tight End

1) Cameron Morrah (C+)

This was his first game this season

THE GOOD:

He made a nice block down field and did a nice job seling his blocks on play action and then sneaking out into his route.

THE BAD:

Morrah missed a block during a screen pass and the play resulted in a loss.

2) Anthony McCoy (C)

Last week F+
